Vocal Warm-ups are not just to warm-up the voice, but to get it focused on singing correctly.
Some warm-ups get the mouth in the correct position for vowel sounds. Others work on rhythm, independence, harmony, diction.
Here are some warm-ups that we have worked on in class and in rehearsals. Although they may be fun to sing, also focus on the technique it is trying to improve.

Freedom Train
This old freedom train focuses on rhythm and independence. The first time through is just one part, but then it splits into 4 parts.
Try it alone by picking one of the parts, or get your family and friends to singalong.

A pitch and concentration warm-up. Make sure all the 5s are the same pitch. Try taking a number or two out and sing the rest.
